I was born and raised in California and attended college and law school there. I graduated from law school in 1992 and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1992. I practiced law in California for roughly thirteen years before relocating to Washington. I was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 2006 and have been practicing here ever since. (Thus I have taken two bar examinations … and passed them both on the first attempt.)
Though I have been practicing law since 1992, I have been practicing bankruptcy law exclusively since 2010. My practice is limited to bankruptcy to ensure that I provide only the very best representation to my clients. I strive to be compassionate and sensitive to the many issues and emotions faced by my clients in order to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. I personally handle each and every aspect of each and every case, and all clients deal with me and only me throughout the entire process. I do not employ secretaries or paralegals. Providing this one-on-one, personalized, attentive service is my first priority, and this includes making myself available seven days per week by telephone, text and email. My business phone is a cell phone, and it is with me during all waking hours every single day.
My physical office is located in the Redstone Corporate Center in Mountlake Terrace, close to Shoreline, but thanks to modern technology I am currently available to serve clients located anywhere in Western Washington.
