I was born and raised in California and attended college and law school there. I graduated from law school in 1992. I took and passed the California Bar exam on my first attempt and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1992. I practiced law in California for roughly thirteen years. I then relocated to Washington. I took and passed the Washington Bar exam on my first attempt and was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 2006. I have been practicing here in Washington ever since.
Though I have been practicing law since 1992, I have been practicing bankruptcy law exclusively since 2010. My practice is limited to bankruptcy to ensure that I provide only the very best representation to my clients. I strive to be compassionate and sensitive to the many issues and emotions faced by my clients in order to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. I personally handle each and every aspect of each and every case, and all clients deal with me and only me throughout the entire process. I do not employ secretaries or paralegals. Providing this one-on-one, personalized, attentive service is my first priority, and this includes making myself available seven days per week by telephone, text and email. My business phone is a cell phone, and it is with me during all waking hours every single day.
While my physical office is located in Lynnwood, I am currently available to serve clients located anywhere in Western Washington.
