The first step in the process is completing a brief, free "Initial Intake" which involves answering some very easy questions.  It can take as little as five minutes online.  This is done to determine if you qualify for bankruptcy, which type of bankruptcy you qualify for (e.g. Chapter 7 and/or Chapter 13,) which type might be the best for you, and whether or not I can help you.  Once we know that I can help we will schedule your free consultation.  I am available for free consultations six days per week (every day other than Thursday) by video/Zoom and phone.  

You may complete the "Initial Intake" anytime, but know that the first date that the free consultation can be scheduled will be approximately seven to ten days out.
